4TH Quarter Sports Performance provides personalized attention and top quality training. You will work with great staff members to guide you mentally and physically in order to prepare you to perform at the best of your abilities at any event.
At 4th Quarter Sports Performance we have experienced coaches with experience in working with elite and professional athletes, but also in preparing athletes for the NFL Combine. Athletes train daily in the following areas:
Speed Development-Each athlete will undergo comprehensive running analysis utilizing the 40-yard dash technique, as well as L-Drill Short Shuttle technique to develop your full potential and best performance everyday, as well as analyze your performance.
Explosive Power- The 4th Quarter Sports Performance utilizes specialize plyometric and neuromuscular training to increase your first step explosion, leg power, Short Shuttle L- Drill, Vertical Jump and Long Jump performance.
Increased Strength – We focus on force production through increased muscle power. We strive for top performance through development of propulsive power stabilization strength and strength endurance. We will use basic bench press routines as well as provide an individualized weight-training program.
Position Drills- Each athlete will receive weekly sessions on the position specific drills. Our athletes will not only learn but comprehend the drills they will be performing. Our coaches will teach only proper technique and form in order to improve your ultimate performance.
Video Analysis- We will break down the athletes start, the Short- Shuttle Run, and L- Drill technique. We will sit down with each athlete and provide you with a thorough analyze of your performance in each drill, in order to provide the best preparation+ for the combine.
